For 2008, we are planning  a selection of holidays this year in the Cotes du Rhone area of the Dentelles.  These holidays will give you the chance to really get to know the wines of the area with visits to private wine domaines including tastings of the best of the Cotes du Rhone vintages plus a fascinating explanation of the vigneron's craft.  And to complete the picture of provencal flavours the holidays will include hands-on cooking courses to learn the secrets of provencal cooking with some great recipes to take home to impress your friends.  

And each afternoon you will have the opportunity to explore in and around the Dentelles area including the spectacular Roman theatre in Orange, the fascinating Roman excavations in Vaison la Romaine and the olive groves in the olive oil centre of Nyons.
