Arrive today and drive to the village of Roussillon where you will be welcomed by your host and chef Patrick.  You can arrive at any time of the day.  Lunch is offered and the itinerary and cooking programme are discussed.  In the afternoon take a stroll and discover the village before an aperitif and welcome dinner with your fellow guests in the evening.
After breakfast Patrick will take you to the farmer's market in Coustellet to buy some of the excellent local produce for your cooking.  Also in the market are antiques dealers and bric a brac stalls to browse.  You can also visit the nearby Lavender Museum which has a superb shop of perfumes, soap and lavender essence. This afternoon is free for you to explore on your own.  Maybe visit the antiques market at the lovely riverside town of Isle sur a Sorgue before returning to Goult for the first of your cooking classes at 4pm.  Cooking is followed by an aperitif and dinner.

This morning we visit the delightful old village of Menerbes and the nearby Corkscrew Museum.  We taste some of the best of the Cotes du Luberon wine at the Domaine de la Citadelle then time permitting, visit the atmospheric ruined village of Oppède le Vieux and the nearby olive oil mill. Lunch is a tasting of local cheeses then there is free time in the afternoon before your cooking class followed by aperitif and dinner.

This morning visit the village des Bories, an open air museum of the traditional dry stone shelters built by local pesants and shepherds.  Then on to the stunning village of Gordes, 'un des plus beaux villages de France' perched high above the valley with superb views.  The local village market this morning is full of the scents and colours of Provence.

Free time this afternoon to explore more of the Luberon villages in your own time.  Maybe include Lacoste, with its ruined Chateau of the Marquis de Sade, and Bonnieux which tumbles down the hillside.

At 4pm its time for your third cooking class followed by aperitif and dinner.

After breakfast this morning a visit to the pretty town of Fontaine de Vaucluse with the cool River Sorgue running right through the centre. En route pass by the beautiful Abbaye de Senanque flanked by lavender fields in its peaceful valley setting.. Free time for lunch and early afternoon before your cooking class followed by aperitif and dinner.

We head to the beautiful medieval city of Avignon today to visit the famous Papal Palace and equally famous Pont St. Benezet. There is free time for lunch and shopping before leaving Avignon and returning to Goult for today's cooking class followed by aperitif and dinner.

The medieval fortress village of Les Baux perched high on the Alpilles mountains with views across the the Camargue is our firist visit this morning followed by the Cathedral des Images - a spectacular art show in the huge stone quarries below the village.   This afternoon in your free time maybe visit the extensive Roman ruins of Glanum or shop in the charming town of St. Rémy nearby.  Your final cooking class is followed by aperitif and dinner and the Diploma Ceremony to complete your cooking experience in the Luberon.
